Court Order Substance Abuse Programs

Court Required Substance Abuse Treatment 

Allows individuals on probation (through the criminal court) opportunities to get treatment for substance abuse problems. Evaluations for those individuals currently incarcerated are also available.




Who Is Eligible?

Patients who are required by a court or their employment to take part in a substance abuse program and provide regular updates that they are actively participating in their sessions.  This can also include periodic testings if that is part of the requirement. 



Description:

- For individuals on probation through the court system.

- For individuals on parole through the criminal justice system.

- For individuals not yet convicted of a felony (in a pretrial situation) who wish to participate in a program to influence the disposition of their case.


Requirements:

- Initial Evaluation -1 hour

- Group Therapy -1 - 3 times per week for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks or for the length of probation commitment

- Attendance at Alcoholics Anonymous meetings - 2 times per week

 

Options:

- Urine Toxic Screening (Drug Testing)

- Monthly Progress Reports submitted to probation officer.

- Individual and/or Family Therapy


Health insurance can cover costs.

Self-pay options include: Flex Spending Cards, cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and bank debit cards.
